Here at Frost Gully Violins we believe in providing quality rental violins, violas and cellos at a reasonable price.   While in your possession this instrument remains the property of FGV and must be maintained in agreement with the terms and conditions listed below.

FEE STRUCTURE Rental fee is $315.00 annually (the equivalent of $26.25 per month).   All fees must be paid in advance of the rental period.   We accept check, credit card or cash payments.

REPAIRS Repairs and adjustments to the instrument made necessary by normal use will be performed at no charge to the customer.   The customer agrees to inform FGV of any damage promptly when noticed.   Should any repair be required, simply return the instrument to FGV.   All repairs must be made by FGV.   Costs due to damage by neglect will be split between FGV and the renter.   The renter agrees to bear the replacement costs of lost, stolen or badly damaged instruments.   For the purpose of instrument security, the renter must provide FGV with a valid credit card at the time of rental.  

INSURANCE The above mentioned incidental repair costs are covered by our shop insurance thus eliminating an extra charge to the renter.   We trust that you will care for this instrument and follow our recommendations on care and storage.

EQUITY If you wish to purchase an instrument from FGV, you may apply 100% of each year's rental fee towards the purchase price. We also accept proven equity earned through other rental agencies.   Rental equity may be applied up to one year after the close of your account.
